What is it?

We enable mid-sized and family businesses to advance their own processes, strategy, innovation and transformation with orchestrated human-AI teams: collaboration rather than assistance, transparently and with clear ultimate human accountability.

Artificial intelligence (AI) delivers value not as a tool used on the side, but when it takes on a clearly defined role in a clearly defined process, just like a new employee. That is why our approach never starts with the technology, but with your process:

Find out more: From the process to the right actor
From process and roles to staffing with a human, AI-Actor or hybrid team 1 · Your process capture, understand, find weaknesses, develop the to-be state 2 · The roles Which capabilities are needed? Accountability, tasks, competencies at each process step 3 · Staffing: three types of actor HU Human Experience, judgement, accountability, relationships AI AI-Actor Defined role, verified capabilities, built-in controls HY Hybrid Human + AI as a well-coordinated duo in one role

The result is not an “AI island”, but a work system in which every role, whether human, artificial or hybrid, is described, staffed and developed according to the same standards. The final decision always rests with a human.

Prozess-Studio Request accessImprove processes + staff roles effectively

You describe a process, simply by dictating it, if you prefer. The studio structures it, makes weaknesses and breaks between media visible, and develops the to-be state with you. Then comes the crucial step: For every role in the process, it becomes clear which capability profile it needs and whether a human, an AI-Actor or a duo is best suited to fill it. For roles that can be filled by AI, the system proposes a specific, verified staffing option.

  • Classic process representation (BPM: Business Process Management) and export to common formats, so your existing process documents remain compatible
  • Template packages, including for companies with project-based business (proposal, project delivery, change management)
  • Result: a process dossier that you can use immediately

What it deliberately is not: an ERP or workflow automation tool, or a replacement for a BPM tool used for technical execution. It describes, organises and makes processes workable, but does not execute them itself.

Strategie-Studio Request accessRun your own strategy work with proven tools

Around 50 established strategy instruments (from market analysis and portfolio work to scenario planning), positioned on a strategy process map: you can see where you are, which tool will help next, and how tools can be linked effectively. The studio guides you through their application, asks for the information required and distils the results into a strategy dossier. You are enabled to run the strategy loop yourself; we guide you instead of delivering expert reports.

In preparation: run selected tools directly in the studio, for example by having an ABC/XYZ analysis calculated from your own spreadsheet (in your protected environment, never in the public demo).

What it deliberately is not: an expert-report generator or “strategy at the push of a button”. It enables you to run the strategy loop yourself; decisions remain with your company.

Innovations-Studio Request accessThe right method at the right time

A catalogue of over 500 method entries, including around 140 detailed step-by-step guides, from identifying search fields and generating and evaluating ideas through to implementation. The studio organises entries by phase and question, explains the fully developed methods step by step and assembles them into workshop and project formats. This turns innovation from a matter of chance into a repeatable process.

What it deliberately is not: an idea machine that does the thinking for you. It provides the right method for each phase and makes innovation repeatable; the ideas come from you.

Transformations-Studio Request accessShape change professionally

Change initiatives rarely fail because of the objective; usually, it is the path that causes difficulty. The studio draws on over 180 classified organisational-development intervention methods and helps you design the right pattern of participation, communication and decisions for your specific initiative: which workshops, with whom, in what order and at which point in the process. The design produces workshop plans that are ready to run.

Note: an initiative is a living working object. You update it throughout the entire change process. At present, you manually attach results from the Strategie-Studio or Innovations-Studio (dossiers) to the initiative file; automated transfer between the studios is in preparation.

What it deliberately is not: a project-management tool or a replacement for leadership. It designs the pattern of participation, communication and decisions; people themselves must travel the path.

Completed Workshop-Board with specialist cards in clusters and role labels
Completed example board: specialist cards from production and sales, jointly clustered and prioritised by the roles involved.
Workshop-Board Request a sessionLive collaboration during the session

A digital working board for the workshop itself: collect cards, organise them together and make connections visible, facilitated by your managers or our facilitators. Workshop plans designed in the studios can be transferred directly to the board; results flow back into process and initiative work. If requested, an AI assistant supports facilitation, clearly identified and able to be switched off at any time. The board has its own login, provided for your session.

What it deliberately is not: a replacement for in-person facilitation or a permanent workspace. It is the working board for the session; results move back into the specialist studios.

AI Governance pathway with maturity level, obligations traffic light and recommended components
AI Governance pathway with maturity level, obligations traffic light and recommended components.
KI-Strategie & KI-Governance Request accessFrom AI strategy to controlled implementation

This component accompanies the complete loop: where does your company stand (baseline assessment)? Where does AI genuinely pay off (AI strategy with a use-case portfolio, also the antidote to uncontrolled tool proliferation)? What does the EU AI Act require of you, and how do you document decisions so that management and supervisory bodies can provide information at any time? This component brings together the maturity assessment and obligations check and prepares the decision documentation for review.

And the AI strategy? We see it as a triad: corporate strategy ↔ AI use ↔ AI Governance belong together. Strategy determines where AI offers the greatest leverage; governance sets the guardrails. Our target state is deliberately not an “AI strategy” paper for the drawer: in the long term, AI does not need a separate strategy; it is embedded as a natural actor in your processes and your strategy. The path towards this starts today with deliberate decisions (where, with what and within which guardrails). This component and the Strategie-Studio work together to help you do exactly that.

What it deliberately is not: legal advice or a certificate. It structures the baseline assessment, use-case portfolio and decision documentation; legal assessment of individual cases remains a matter for your legal advisers.

Reliable and in your hands

Controls, cost-effectiveness and the operating model are designed deliberately: the final decision rests with a human, and you decide where and how the studios are operated.

Find out more: The right AI for every task, not always the largest

One principle of our work has direct financial value: AI roles are broken down into small, clearly defined capabilities, and each capability is assigned the smallest model that can handle the task reliably. Demanding evaluation runs on powerful models; routine tasks such as classifying, extracting and forwarding run on small, cost-effective models, on your own servers depending on the operating model selected.

Mapping tasks to suitable AI model classes Task in the human-AI team Suitable model class Complex analysis, evaluation, team orchestration e.g. process analysis, strategy synthesis, work allocation Powerful model used where it makes the difference Solid language and structuring tasks e.g. summaries, drafts, structured reports Standard model good value for money Narrow individual tasks: high-volume traffic e.g. classifying, extracting data, assigning, forwarding Small / local model no per-request charges; hardware, energy and operations remain your costs With self-hosting, content can remain in your environment, depending on configuration and operating model (see below).
Why this matters economically: In an AI team, most “traffic” comes from simple tasks. Anyone who puts everything on the largest model pays premium prices for routine work. Our division into atomic capabilities routes high-volume traffic to small or local models and keeps the powerful models available for the moments when judgement is required. Built-in budget limits make the cost per role visible and controllable from the outset.
Find out more: For us, reliability is architecture, not a statement of intent

The most common concern among decision-makers is justified: “How do I know what the AI is doing?” Our answer: control is not promised; it is built in.

The built-in reviewer

For AI-Actor teams that require controls, provision is made for an independent control agent (“conscience”) running on technology from a different provider than the team itself. This provides a second opinion instead of self-review. It can issue warnings, stop work and escalate directly to the responsible human.

Four-eyes principle

No AI agent reviews its own work. Critical results pass through defined approval gates before taking effect. For steps that require approval, the review and approval are recorded transparently.

The human decides

A human is accountable for roles filled by AI. Their intervention can stop or override AI decisions. Like employees, AI-Actors complete a probationary period with evaluation before taking on responsibility.

Operated by us

A customer environment provided for you at its own address and maintained by us; technical separation depends on the agreed operating model.

On your premises

Operation on your servers; with appropriately configured local AI models, content can remain in your environment. The operating model selected is decisive.

For companies with their own AI assistants: the studios can additionally be integrated as tools directly into your existing AI environment (open MCP interface). Your assistant then uses our methodological knowledge without requiring you to switch interfaces.

Notes on your test access: you will test live demos. We provide access as a personal, time-limited guest link (no password required). The demos use fictional sample data; please enter no real personal or business data. The separate customer environments are intended for that. In every studio, the “About the demo” page explains what the studio can do and what it deliberately is not. If you wish, you can enter your own AI access credentials (OpenRouter) and choose the model yourself. In that case, all AI usage is charged to your account. And the rule always remains: the final decision rests with a human.

How collaboration starts, with the goal of lasting capability

1

Where first?

Together, we identify where human-AI collaboration offers you the greatest leverage: Strategy, Innovation, Transformation or Governance.

2

First use case in the field

We work on a real case, together with AI and with responsible oversight. We aim for a measurable result that is intended to lay the foundation for lasting capability.

3

Expand across the fields

You take over step by step until your team runs the human-AI organisation itself.

Background

The studios are based on an actor platform, academic work and our own implementation as a human-AI organisation.

Find out more: The actor platform, with humans and AI measured by the same standards

Behind the studios lies the core of our approach, developed through our research and available to experience in the live demo: the role-building-block and competency concept with Actor Resource Management (RBKK-ARM). Put simply, it is a “people architecture” that describes, staffs and develops humans and AI-Actors according to the same standards.

Roles made from building blocks

Roles are assembled from a catalogue of ready-made role building blocks, each with a clear competency profile at defined levels (familiar → proficient → expert). This makes it possible to compare what a role genuinely requires.

To-be versus as-is, not gut feeling

A to-be profile is derived from the process for every role; candidates, whether human, AI or duo, are compared against it. Gaps become visible and can be developed deliberately.

A lifecycle like human resources

AI-Actors also go through recruitment, a probationary period with evaluation, development and orderly replacement, with a dossier and history. No “install a tool and hope”.

Internally, a single AI-Actor is often a managed team of specialised agents. Externally it appears as ONE point of contact, while internally the architecture maintains order:

Structure of an AI-Actor as a managed agent team with human accountability and governance HU-Actor the accountable human leads, decides, can override at any time Task ONE AI-Actor externally: a managed agent team internally Orchestrator, the single interface to the outside allocates work, integrates results, maintains the role’s character Specialist agent A narrowly defined capability Specialist agent B suitable model for each task Specialist agent C clear access, within granted permissions Conscience, independent reviewer (technology from another provider) reviews outputs requiring approval · can warn, stop and escalate directly Alert sent directly to the human Built-in Governance • Four-eyes principle • Approval gates • Approval records • Budget limits • Probation & evaluation • Human can override
Why we call it an “operating system for the human-AI organisation”: processes say what must be done. The actor platform says who can do it, and governance is not bolted on, but built into the roles intended for it (reviewers, gates, escalation paths, records). Together, these three levels make AI use manageable like an organisation, not like a collection of tools. You can experience this today: in the Prozess-Studio demo, you staff a role live with an AI-Actor and see its to-be profile, team and controls.
Find out more: Evidence rather than gut feeling, with research accompanying our practice

Our approach was not created in a marketing department, but through academic work. It continues to be studied as we apply it:

Timeline of master’s thesis, field study and doctoral project 2025 · Master’s thesis Integrated leadership model + role and competency concept for human-AI teams 2026 · Field study (AITC) Human-AI teamwork documented and evaluated under real-world conditions From 2026 · Doctoral project How can humans lead and supervise AI-Actors effectively? (ongoing)
What the research means for you in practical terms
  • Master’s thesis (2025): the foundation of our organising model: an integrated leadership and management model that connects Strategy, Innovation and Transformation as a learning loop, plus the role-building-block and competency concept used to describe human and AI roles according to the same standards.
  • 2026 field study: documented use of human-AI teams in a real initiative, with independent, cross-vendor quality review. A key finding reflected in our products: reliability comes from architecture (review gates, separation of roles), not from appeals to the AI.
  • Doctoral project (ongoing): investigates how humans can lead and supervise AI-Actors effectively in work systems, including which roles, competencies and oversight mechanisms (such as approval gates and independent second opinions) work in practice. Findings feed continuously back into our tools.

Your advantage: you work with an approach that is grounded in research and developed through practice, rather than being reinvented with every technology trend.

Find out more: Proof from our own implementation

orchestrationeers itself is run as a human-AI organisation: our own processes are described according to this model, and our roles are staffed with humans, AI-Actors and duos; for AI work that requires approval, we use the same review gates that we offer you.

For you, this means that in a demonstration we do not show you slides about a concept. We show you a working system. And every experience from our own operations feeds into the tools before they reach you.
